Ireland’s Eye Ferry is committed to delivering an environmentally responsible experience on Dublin Bay, with a strong focus on sustainability and protecting the natural surroundings. We actively reduce waste, have eliminated single-use plastics, and promote zero-waste practices in line with Dublin Bay’s UNESCO Biosphere status.
Our cruises include informative commentary on local wildlife and conservation, helping to raise awareness among passengers. We operate using environmentally friendly propulsion systems that comply with MARPOL regulations and prioritise the prevention of marine pollution.
Through community engagement, coastal clean-up initiatives, and ongoing environmental education, we aim to preserve the beauty of the bay while offering a truly sustainable and eco-conscious maritime experience.
Our Fleet
MV Adam Patricia
This vessel has a capacity of 40 passengers, and has a rain canopy. Added to fleet in March 2021.
MV Dolphin Discovery
This vessel has a capacity of 43 passengers, has a rain canopy and has a sheltered section with perspex windows to keep dry from rain and wave splashes! Added to fleet in Feb 2024.
MV Little Flower
This vessel has a capacity 28 passengers. The Little Flower is the oldest passenger vessel in Ireland. Built in 1921, it is over 100 years old. Listen to Hugh Oram on seascapes talking about the Little Flower here.
MV Dun Aengus
This vessel has a capacity of 63 passengers. Boasting an indoor cabin and an outdoor area with rain canopy.
Our Private Tours
All of our vessels are available for private hire, catering for everything from smaller groups of up to 40 passengers to larger corporate events of 60+ guests.
